What you get as an approved account
- Automatic volume pricing. Sign in and your rate is calculated on your order as you build it. The more you order, the better the rate — it is applied for you at checkout.
- A gated wholesale catalog. Your own order form with wholesale-only products and pack sizes that are not shown to retail shoppers.
- Free shipping over $75. Orders over $75 ship free within the US. Wholesale orders start at $300.
- Discreet packaging on every order. Nothing on the outside of the box says what is inside.
- Lab certificates you can hand a customer. Every consumable is third-party tested, searchable by product name on our lab page.

Who can open a FireBar Labs wholesale account?
Licensed retailers, smoke and vape shops, dispensaries, cash-and-carry wholesalers, wellness stores, and distributors. We read every application ourselves, and you will usually hear back within a day or two.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Wholesale orders start at $300.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Once your account is approved and you are signed in, your pricing is applied automatically at checkout. There is no code to type and nothing to remember — the discount is calculated on your order as you build it.
What does shipping cost?
Orders over $75 ship free within the United States. Under that, live carrier rates are calculated at checkout, and so are international rates.
Are your products lab tested?
Every consumable we sell — hemp, mushroom, and pet — is third-party lab tested, and the certificates are searchable by product name on our lab page. Our bags and apparel are not consumables; they are field-tested in controlled real-world conditions.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. Nothing on the outside of the box says what is inside, and there is no FireBar Labs branding on the shipping label.
