Changed your mind or something arrived damaged? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Reach out to us and we'll walk you through it, no runaround.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@firebarlabs.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements apply: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@firebarlabs.com.

Shipping

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order, we'll notify you and refund the full amount using your original payment method.

Delivery Location

We deliver to addresses in the United States and to countries where import of hemp products is legally permitted. We also accept orders from international customers with shipping addresses in the U.S. and those permitted countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
