Mushroom chocolate at FireBar Labs: the formats, the portions, and how we test it

Chocolate has become one of the most popular ways to make an edible, and mushroom chocolate is part of that shift. Here is what FireBar Labs makes in the format, how each product is portioned, and how you can check the lab results for anything you buy.

What's inside

Every FireBar Labs mushroom chocolate is made with our proprietary mushroom blend. Each product page lists how much of the blend is in a serving, so you know what one piece or square contains. Mind x Melt also includes kanna, a plant native to South Africa, and lists its kanna amount per piece as well.

Why chocolate

It comes portioned. Bars are scored into even servings, and gems and diamonds are individual pieces, so there is no guessing where a serving starts and ends.
It is a format people already enjoy. Milk, dark and white chocolate bases, with flavors from cookies and cream to salted caramel.
Some formats hold up to heat. Mind x Melt diamonds and Super Smashed gems are heat-resistant, so they can be folded into baking.

The formats

Mind x Melt Popping Diamonds: milk-chocolate diamonds with popping crystals inside. Each diamond in the 25-count bottle carries 160 mg of mushroom blend and 20 mg of kanna, in a food-grade plastic bottle with a child-resistant cap.
MAJESTK Premium Mushroom Chocolate Bar: craft chocolate in milk, dark (vegan) and salted caramel, scored into 12 servings of 0.5 g, or 6 g per bar.
Super Smashed, the widest range: a 3-serving white chocolate bar at 0.5 g per serving, a 16-serving bar at 0.25 g per serving, 40 candy-coated milk chocolate gems at 0.125 g each, and vegan fruit gummies at 0.375 g each.
15G by Chocolate Tripz: a 15-piece bar in ten flavors, sold as a single bar, a build-your-own 5-pack, or a variety pack of all ten.

How we test it

Every FireBar Labs consumable is third-party lab tested. You can look up the certificate of analysis for any product by name on our lab testing page, and consumable packaging carries a QR code that pulls up that product's lab results.
